  Description

  I'm an art teacher from a high school in a post-conflict zone. In the Eastern plains of Colombia (Yopal/Casanare).
  My art class is focused on reducing the impact of war through social and individual self-recognition.
  I need help in planning, sometimes performing art classes, photography and videography projects and in some housework.
  
  A dog lives at home, I usually smoke inside the house.
  I offer breakfast, dinner and weekends breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  The couch is in the study room, shared bathroom.

  If you are an artist, this place will help you in your promotion in the area. We can also create audio-visual material for you. We speak Spanish, so if you are learning this language, you will find plenty of opportunities for interaction and cultural exchange with local artists and the community.

  Si eres artista, tratará de colaborar en la consecución y gestión de nuevos espacios laborales en el departamento, podremos colaborar con la creación de material audio visual que facilite la promoción del trabajo de los artistas voluntarios, practica del español, intercambio cultural con artistas locales y la comunidad.

  Aide

  Our association is at an initial stage. Our main objective is creating an impact in the community through the arts. It is located in a colonial house in the town centre. There is a café which offers a space to the artists for their promotion and cultural exchange.
  
  The help needed respond to different aspects in the association. You can do workshops in diverse areas of knowledge (languages, music, drawing, photography, etc.). You can also offer music, drama, poetry presentations as well as offer a hand with the house general maintenance and the garden.
  
  In order to have a good atmosphere in our small community, we expect help in the general home tasks, such as cleaning and tidying the house. We also appreciate that you have your own initiative at suggesting new ideas a future projects for our association.

  Está iniciando un camino en el que pretende impactar a la comunidad con ayuda de las artes.
  Su sede es una casa colonial cerca del centro de la ciudad en donde se encuentra funcionando un café que facilita a los artistas su promoción y el intercambio cultural.
  Las tareas en la casa son variadas, se pueden dictar talleres en diferentes áreas del conocimiento (idiomas, musica, dibujo, fotografía, etc), ofrecer presentaciones de música, teatro, narración u otras manifestaciones del arte y ayudar con el mantenimiento y/o mejoras de la planta física ( jardín, pequeñas reparaciones).
  Al conformarse dentro de la casa una comunidad se espera ayuda con las labores propias de la casa que tienen que ver con el aseo, el orden y el buen uso de las instalaciones. También valoramos la iniciativa propia a la hora de sugerir nuevas ideas y futuros proyectos para la asociación.

  Tunja is a university city, and one of the oldest cities in Colombia. It is located at the heart of the Boyaca district, so it is a perfect starting point to visit the region. It is 2 hours away from Bogota, 45 minutes from Villa de Leyva, 15 from Puente de Boyaca, where the Colombian independence battle was fought.
  The house is located in the city centre, where there are many shops, bars and cafés.

  Tunja es una ciudad universitaria y una de las ciudades mas antiguas de Colombia. Esta ubicada en el corazón de Boyaca así que es un punto de partida perfecto para visitar la región. Está a 2 horas de Bogota, 45 min de Villa de Leyva, 15 al Puente de Boyaca, donde tuvo lugar la batalla de independencia de Colombia.
  La casa esta en el centro de la ciudad donde hay bastante comercio, bares, cafeterías.
