  Description

  I live in a beautiful property in Mapua, Nelson and very happy to host travelers as I've done many times in the past. I usually need help with my pets and I enjoy having people over to share a meal and some good stories. I got 3 very special dogs - Tia, Surya and Scooby Doo- and they are part of my family, aka spoiled dogs . They are used to have pet sitters staying here and are ok with having people around. However, 2 of my 3 dogs are Rhodesian Ridgeback and they can be quite intimidating so if you are afraid of dogs, then my house won't be suitable for you. They are gentle giants and would never hurt you (all past pet sitters are still alive 😅) , most likely they would sneak up your bed if you let them;-) The little is lap dog and just love being around people. WE also have some sheep and little lambs atm but they don't need much care, it's just lovely to look at the paddock and see them jumping around.If you think we have something in common, flick me a msg and I would be happy to chat:-)

  We are very close to the Abel Tasman which one of the most incredible national parks in NZ. The closest beach is Mapua and it's about 5min drive from my place . Mapua is a cute little village with pubs, cafes and restaurants , supermarket all at walking distance and there's always some nice gigs or markets happening during spring and summer time.

  Hébergement

  A nice room with comfortable bed and enough space to put your belongings. I will provide breakfast goods and also a homemade dinner. They are welcome to help themselves in my pantry for lunch and snacks.
