Description
Our organization is a non political, non-profit making, national level Social Organization working for the empowerment and strengthening of the most disadvantaged and socially excluded segments of the rural and urban community like children, women, youth, small and marginal farmers, landless laborers and others.
It is registered on 9th March 2010 as a National Social Service organization which is permitted to work in remote rural or urban areas all across India. The governing members coming from different States and diverse background have come together under one umbrella with a philanthropic approach to initiate work for the wellbeing and provide relief to needy and vulnerable who justify aid and relief .
The organization intends to work in the field of health, education, sustainable livelihood, sustainable agriculture, horticulture, conservation and protection of environment, disasters (draught, flood) and any issue that comes across and needs attention for the welfare of the poor and vulnerable marginalised community.
I am, Sunita chief functionary and Secretary of the Society for Social ventures and need volunteers to work for my organisation.

They shall learn flexibility and adaptability with Indian culture,simple way of living habits etc etc

-To work for poor and disadvantaged ,children, and women picking up rugs and living in very unhygienic condition in slums of Meerut city, to literate them, upgrade their life skills , train them towards some technical skills like tailoring, painting, mobile repairing, vehicle repairing and such other to provide them alternative source of livelihood.
-To form youth clubs, Self Help Groups, children clubs among kewat and kol community in remote area of Chitrakoot,of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh and literate them, train them towards various vocational skill to take up their independent income generation activities.
-To organise various awareness programmes with regard to organic farming, organic composting, health and hygiene, women's rights, women empowerment.
- assist and guide organisation to develop various strategies with regard to its functioning well, help in preparing proposals to benefit the disadvantaged and deprived community and support it financially as the organisation is short of fund and working team.
-Identify remote tribal areas of India to work for welfare of poor and disadvantaged section of community.
- Promoting organic farming and organic composting among small and marginal farmers specially women farmers.
-Working for rural development and poverty alleviation and urban development and poverty alleviation.
-Creating awareness towards pnchyati Raj Institutions among poor community and trainig panchayats members to make them responsible.
-Volunteers shall assist the organisation in developing innovative project related to health, education, Natural Resource Management, sustainable agriculture and sustainable livelihood.
- Organisation desires to work for handicapp like blinds,for it strategy has to be made in coordination with the volunteers.

We shall be proviing free food and free accomodation
to the volunteers within our financial limits.
We have limited space within our organisation, if the volunteers can
accomodate there ,it is well and good.
Accommodations shall be arranged according to wishes of the volunteers. Place in the organisation or guest/hotel rooms or rented rooms are available suiting to their taste.Organisation wants them to be confortable and relaxed.

1.Volunteers shall have the knowlegde of India.They should be innovative,research oriented and guiding the organisation to progress in right direction.
2.The assignment is purely philanthropic.The volunteers are required to explore and identify areas,target groups,interventions ,possibilities of finances for the welfare of the disadvantaged community and their enviroment.It would be better if the interventions and ways and means can be explored keeping in view their country's suiting to our country so that fruitful results can be attained
3. This kind of voluntary assignment requires consistency ,dedication, interactions, guidence and directiions in order to strengthen , empower the targetted disadvantaged urban and rural community groups and their enviroment to bring improvement in their socio-economic status.
