  Description

  I am Faruk, a professional dive guide in Raja Ampat, our project about supporting local homestay and dive center to improve their hospitality, customer service and cultural exchange.
  Since local people didn't really understand how this platform works, I initiate to collaborate with 3 families who owned and operated local homestay and dive shop in central Raja Ampat. We have 8-10 paid worker, some of them are dive guide freelancer.
  
  The place
  It's a dive shop and homestay in Gam Island, central Raja Ampat. Beachfront homestay and I bet you will love the landscape!
  
  Cultural exchange
  You will have a time to explore and learn about papuan culture, you can learn their language by teaching english, how they live and they are very welcome.
  
  Our team are very unique and talented person in scuba diving, they are mastering scuba diving in many years. We have 4 local dive guide, the owner himself and other local worker
  
  We asking you to do flexible helping-hours, 5 hours per day and 2 days off.
  
  The food: we provide you full meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  - Free meals 3 times a day.
  - Free accommodation with share bathroom and toilet.
  - Free boat transfer from Waisai to homestay (check-in/out)
  
  You will have FREE Scuba diving anytime you want.
  If you don't have any certification, we will teach you at basic level.
  
  We need person who interest and passionate in scuba diving activity (newbie/professional are welcome).
  
  Good attitude and can do tasks well both independently and as part of a team.
  
  Be able to live on a remote island with limited internet signal.

  Helping host for diving promotion and reservation.
  Management local homestay and dive center.
  Greeting the new guest and give a tour about homestay and dive shop.
  Assist host/ family to communicate with the guest.
