  Description

  Hello, my name is Florian and I live with my patchwork family - my girlfriend Sabrina, four kids (10,13,14,15) and one dog - in upper Austria in the district of Wels Land. Since a while I am a proud owner of a farm, a "Vierkanthof". In this farm we have various projects ongoing and many different tasks to do. There is always some basic work to do like maintenance, cleaning in and around the farm and of course also some easy garden work like weeding. Basically food and shelter is fully covered, but if cooking is one of the things you really like to do we appreciate also if you are cooking for us from time to time. We eat everything so if you have a special diet please let us know in advance. We also have some bigger projects on schedule and if your skills would fit for that we are also happy to welcome you. Especially in the summer season we try to make your stay more convenient with some activities together like Tennis, visiting the lakes around or just making a BBQ together. So if you could see yourself in one of these tasks we are happy to have you here.

  Working and living here in the area is a good opportunity to learn about the Austrian culture. Famous lakes like Traunsee and Attersee are within the reach of 50 km. Also Mondsee (70 km) or the most famous village of Hallstadt (90 km) is really close by.

  You will live at the farm in a shared apartment (with other workawayers) equipped with kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom and of course separated Bedrooms.

  The farm is located in a typical countryside area of Austria surrounded with fields and some other farms. A bus stop is just a 5 minutes walk away and the bus will bring you to the next bigger city called Wels. From there you can easily go by train for example to Linz, Salzburg or Vienna.
