  Description

  Who We Are:
  We are a lakeside hostel and club located right by the embarcadero in Panajachel, Lake Atitlán. It started as a small bar, an then it mutated as a lakeside electronic music ecosystem, focusing on high-end electronic music and unforgettable experiences for our guests along more projects like restaurants and bars. We´re looking for like-minded people that would love to help us spread the project and create the right atmosphere.
  Calling all dancers, atmosphere designers, experience designers, hosts and whatever helps us to boost what we have and create something unique.
  
  Currently we have a local staff of 10 people working, since it is a small project; but we want to provide an amazing experience for our visitors.

  Volunteering with us in Lake Atitlán, Panajachel offers a truly enriching multicultural music experience that immerses individuals in a vibrant, eclectic ecosystem. As part of a community centered around the pulse of designer electronic music, volunteers have the opportunity to connect with a diverse array of people from around the world, sharing in the universal language of rhythm and sound. Beyond the music, volunteers can explore the rich cultural tapestry of Panajachel, engaging with local traditions, art, and cuisine that reflect the area's indigenous heritage. This dynamic environment fosters cross-cultural and personal growth, making it an unforgettable experience where global influences and local customs blend seamlessly into a unique, lively atmosphere.

  Who We’re Looking For:
  We’re seeking electronic music geeks and enthusiasts who are passionate about high-end ELECTRONIC MUSIC nightlife. Good taste in music is a must, and knowledge of music producers, festivals, and DJs is essential. If you’re outgoing, energetic, and live for curated nightlife, we want you to join our team.
  
  We need:
  - Promoters: Spread the word about our hostel and club to attract guests and create buzz.
  - Social Butterflies: Engage with guests, host events, and help create a fun, inclusive environment.
  
  What You’ll Do:
  - Assist in promoting our lakeside hostel and club through social media, local outreach, and guest interactions.
  - Help organize and host high-end electronic music events and parties.
  - Contribute ideas to enhance our guests’ experience and keep the party going!
  
  What We Offer:
  - A stunning lakeside location in our own party district by the embarcadero.
  - Accommodation in our hostel, sharing a two-bed module with another volunteer.
  - Three meals a day and access to our kitchen (please be considerate and clean up after yourself).
  - Paid tips if you want to volunteer with some shifts at the bar.
  - The chance to immerse yourself in Lake Atitlán’s high-end electronic music scene.
  - A fun, supportive team environment where your creativity and energy are valued.
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  - Passion for high-end electronic music and knowledge of producers, festivals, and DJs.
  - Outgoing personality with strong social and communication skills.
  - Experience in events and event promotion is required.
  - Strong sense of personal hygiene and fashionable presentation that reflects the good taste of our venue.
  - Responsible and clean individuals who take care of their surroundings, are considerate of others’ personal space and belongings, and maintain a tidy shared living space. Our cleaning staff is like family, so please be considerate while using the facilities.
  - Basic English proficiency; Spanish is a bonus!

  Hébergement

  You would be staying in one of our sleeping modules with two single beds (to share with another volunteer) with lakeside view. The grounds count with:
  - Main street gates
  - Passkey second entrance (main entrance to the hostel inside private property).
  - Security personnel all night every night.
  - Shared Restrooms.
  - Shared Showers.
  - Different restaurants & shopping store / coffee shop.

  HOUSE RULES:
  Our house rules emphasize the importance of dedicating your attendance and promotion efforts primarily to our place and activities, ensuring that our ecosystem continues to shine and grow. While Panajachel boasts a vibrant and diverse community with many options for exploration and participation, our focus is on fostering a thriving environment centered around our events and initiatives.
  
  To maintain a safe and welcoming space for everyone:
  - Drugs are strictly prohibited.
  - Volunteers are not allowed to take others to their rooms.
  - Alcohol consumption inside the modules is also not permitted.
  - Animals are not allowed on the premises.
  - To respect the comfort of all hostel guests, noise must be kept to a minimum after 1 am.
  - Absolutely no after party hangouts inside the hostel premises.
  - No guns or weapons of any kind are allowed on the complex.
  - No hate speech is tolerated.
  - No smoking inside the modules.
  
  These guidelines help us create a positive, inclusive, and vibrant atmosphere for all.
