  Hi! I’m Tanja — I live in a central Gold Coast home with a garden, pool, and lots of creative energy. I’m walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes, HOTA (our local arts and culture hub), and everything this vibrant part of Australia has to offer.
  
  I’m looking for a kind, capable, and easygoing Workawayer to help with a variety of tasks depending on your strengths. Some of the areas I’d love support with include:
  • Cleaning and organising inside the home
  • Gardening and helping create a tranquil outdoor retreat
  • General handyman tasks – e.g. hanging art, installing a small security camera system, sanding or painting wooden panels
  • Styling and decluttering – help sorting wardrobes, clothes, and giving the space a fresh feel
  • Creative teaching – if you’re into pottery, drawing, or painting, I’d love to learn from you!
  • Pet care – feeding my sweet cat when I’m away
  
  In exchange, you’ll have your own space in a calm, comfortable home . You’ll mostly work independently and can be flexible with timing — we’ll work out a rhythm that suits both of us.
  
  My vision is to create a peaceful, happy, and “zenified” space both inside and out — and I’d love for you to be part of it.

  • General handyman tasks (e.g. swinging a door the other way, installing a gate, sanding, painting, fitting floorboards) if eventually like the house to have floorboards vs tiles

  • Teaching me pottery my friend recently gave me a pottery wheel ,drawing, or painting (if you’re creatively inclined)
  • Helping with my wardrobe — sorting and decluttering clothes - I really need help here
  • Tech-savvy? I have a registered website that I’ve forgotten the login details
  
  • Gardening - I need help with my garden and outside area pruning, weeding, tidying, organising

  - Dining/shops: RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD – BP servo, Subway, sushi, Thai, fish & chips, noodles, Pizza Hut, kabab shop, bottle shop, health food store, butcher
  - Bus stop: <1 min walk (direct to Southport/Robina via alley shortcut)

  it’s really important to me to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. You’ll mostly work independently and we can find a rhythm that suits both of us.

  the bus stop is right across the road, but most things are within walking distance too
