  Description

  WHERE: NORTHLAND, WEST COAST, DARGAVILLE, RIVER FRONT, only 5 MINUTES WALK TO SHOPS, 12 minute drive from NZs longest driveable beach, 45 minutes to the kauri forest and lakes.
  Hi, my name is Mandy Wood. I am a Christian lady, counsellor and artist.
  
  I will teach you some stained glass and sea glass jewellery skills and you take a souvenir home.
  Stay in my kauri cottage with me.
  
  Your bedroom is freshly decorated with 1 double bed - see photos.
  
  INTERNET IS AVAILABLE but not for big downloads - email, skype and YouTube are fine.
  
  I have been taking in WWOOFS and enjoying the company of adventurous youth mostly from Germany and parts of Europe for many years.
  
  COOKING and cleaning afterwards are shared.
  
  REQUIRED: PASSPORT ID.
  Responsible, helpful, energetic, and social people encouraged.
  DONT'S. NO drugs or drunks, thanks.
  Please do not waste electricity or water, they are both expensive and finite.
  
  TRANSPORT Dargaville does have a bus service to and from Whangarei Monday to Friday, but not the weekends.
  There are buses from Auckland to Whangarei where you can enjoy the art centre and galleries next to the park and waterway walk, these are right in the middle of town near the bus station. Then you can get the bus to Dargaville in the afternoon.

  Aide

  I'm looking for some friendly Workaways who can help clean up my huge space and do house painting, handyman work, a little gardening, and helping artistically funky up my huge shed space if you have some ideas or skills.
  
  House painting (easy stuff). Cleaning (easy stuff). Small garden tasks. Share in cooking and cleaning. Walking small dogs. Any Art and craft teaching lessons including counselling therapies. Help understand professional internet pages for counselling therapy and arts to reach the world.
  
  HELP:
  CLEANING I am painting and cleaning up my home and big shed. It will take months on my own, but many hands make light work. There is work like dusting, mopping floors, washing walls, painting, removing cobwebs, a little gardening and weeding, none of it is hard.
  
  ART TEACHERS Some funky art painting of a big fence and other spaces, small canvas paintings in van Gogh, Monet etc, paper mache, air drying clay, - what art skills can you share with me - let's have some fun! Do you have any skills with mental health and community arts or art classes - that's my passion as a counsellor, and I would love to learn more from someone with experience.
  
  INTERNET skills- help needed! I'm too old to work out stuff on the net - I have a YouTube page, Instagram, FB pages, but I do not know any of the funky stuff I can do with them to promote my counselling and arts - much like this Workaway page I don't know how to use it properly.
  
  DOGS: Take my 2 little poodles, on walks. They are house dogs, non-allergenic and non-shedding and love human visitors - if you don't like dogs don't come as they hang around you all day.

  I have enjoyed hosting digital nomads for 15 years (German bank internet page writers, traders, blog writers, and business marketing professionals). I have ok wifi, big downloads are not possible but emails, skype and YouTube work fine. I'm happy for people to work away on their computers in their own time.

  Espace pour garer des vans

  You can park your car or small van like a Toyota hiace in my house carpark. Long campers or wide box vans will not fit.
