Hello.

I am a Young 55 year old solo traveler and I am ooking for something to do during my journey. I am currently in Suriname and now I look forward to moving on and exploring the beautiful city of Mendoza.

I am an American, coming from the San Francisco Bay Area and I have spent the last 26 years in the Netherlands raising my family of three children. They are now all adults. This has given me free time to do some exploring around the world.

I particularly want to work with dogs or other animals and I am hoping to find a place where I can bring my canine companion Elliott, who is a small pug. We are a little team together so I bring him just about everywhere I go, if possible. He makes me happy and I am a lover of all animals. He also loves to meet new animal friends and is very well behaved and potty trained. I will need to find a volunteer environment where he can come too.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Dog sitting, house sitting, babysitting, cleaning, gardening, meeting new People, exploring new places, learning to do new things. I am an ex US Marine having served time in the United States Marine Corps when I was younger.

I can clean, and paint, general maintenance fixing small things. I can teach english, I enjoy learn new skills, working with people, finding solutions, I rented rooms in my home for seven years before I sold it and started traveling. So property management is something I have also experience in.

Honesty integrity and listening to the people around me while I learn new skills or help take care of something that means something to somebody else would be extremely important to me as well as taking life with a little humor and enjoyment of my new surroundings.

Animals are my passion especially dogs so looking after somebody's pets would make me very happy and I would do it with only the utmost love, care and only kindness.

I like to play Monopoly and other board games,tetherball, swimming, playing and engaging with animals, meeting new people, places and learning new skills.

Of course I also like to eat new foods, relax in the open air as well as observing and participating in new cultural events and festivities.

I like to hang out with good wholesome, open easy going responsible people. I like peacefulness.

For my host, I will do my best to do anything that is asked of me as well as I can. Work is absolutely no problem for a good place to sleep.
