Description
Hello!
My name is Carolina, 29, raised in a very small village in Portugal. Lisbon was my home for 6 years where I studied journalism and acting. After finishing my studies I started travelling as much as possible around the world, and it's been 4 years of adventures :).
I really enjoy slow travelling and to be able to contribute and give something back to the place and people hosting me. Workaway has been a wonderful tool in that regard.
I am forever curious about people and different cultures, and most happy around nature.

I have experience with:
- Small projects in acting and music
- Tour guiding (worked as a tuk tuk guide in Lisbon)
- Hospitality, specially in restaurant service, with interest in wines and learning to cook different cuisines (I worked in hotels and restaurants in Norway and Sweden)
- Housekeeping (worked as clean team manager in Japan)
- Guest house service and reception
- Basic farm jobs/fruit picking (we have a wine making tradition at home)/animal care
- Babysitting

Enjoying learning sports like surfing and snowboarding, or anything I can do outdoors! I love mountains and the mystical power of forests, as I love tropical healing weather and the beach (:
