Description
Hello, we are Eloise and Clara!
We’re two freshly graduated students from a 3D animation school in the South of France, where we met four years ago and became close friends. We recently discovered Workaway and are excited to experience it for the first time!
Our main goal is to improve our English, so we’re looking for a long-term stay (around three months, likely from March to May, but we’re flexible) in any English-speaking country. ( Do not take this text as a reference of our level, we've been helped a lot ^^ ) Our next destination is not set yet; we haven’t decided.
We’re eager to adapt to your needs and provide support in exchange for your hospitality. If you have any kind of interest for artistic skills we would happily help you.
A little more about us:
Hi, I’m Eloise! ( Brown hair girl !)
I grew up in a small town in central France and have always been passionate about art, which led me to pursue art school and develop my creativity. In early 2020, I developed a deep appreciation for East Asian cultures, which continues to influence my creations.
I’ve been living independently for four years, so I’m well-versed in household chores and keeping a tidy home. I’m adaptable, respectful, and not intrusive—I’ll do my best to fit into your rhythm of life and meet your expectations. Though I haven’t had the chance to live with animals, I absolutely adore them and would be happy to help care for yours if you have any.
I really enjoy cooking and would love to learn new recipes, especially those from your culture. I’m completely open to follow your dietary preferences or any specific food rules you may have.If you have children, I’d be delighted to bake some fun desserts with them! Recently, I had the opportunity to lead art workshops with several primary school classes, which could also tie in well with activities for your children.
I learned sewing a few years ago to bring some of my fashion ideas to life. Got socks with holes? Hand them over with a bit of thread, and I’ll work my magic!
Though I can be a bit shy and reserved when meeting new people, I quickly warm up and am confident we’ll get along well. I have a very chill and joyful personnality and I would be happy to exchange about our cultures.
Hi, i'm Clara (a blond-haired girl !)
I grew up in Limoges, a little charming city in France, in an environment that nurtured my creativity and love for meaningful exchanges.
I love traveling, but what I enjoy most is immersing myself in the daily lives of families, learning about their way of life, traditions, city, and habits. One of my main goals is to improve my language skills, and I’m eager to learn and grow through our interactions.
At first, I might seem a little shy or hesitant to impose, but once I feel comfortable, I truly enjoy connecting with others. I’m naturally curious, always interested in learning more about people and their stories. I love to keep myself engaged and active because I really dislike being bored !
I often travel and work with Éloïse, a dear friend I met during our art studies. Together, we share a passion for creativity and craftsmanship. We make a dynamic, friendly, and enthusiastic team !
Creative and always ready to lend a hand, I’d be delighted to help out, share warm moments with you, and discover together what makes your culture so special. Éloïse and I would be thrilled to visit and stay with you !
Thank you for reading, and we hope to meet you soon for a wonderful shared adventure !Centres d’intérêt

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
We can share our skills in various areas, including teaching French, art and creative activities, photography, cooking, assisting with home maintenance, gardening, caring for your animals, or accompanying children in outdoor activities like hiking. We also studied cinema for four years, so we could share some cool insights about it! On top of that, our studies taught us a bit about informatics, which could be useful in one way or another.

We are really looking for a host we can connect with and and simply chat with. It would be wonderful if, from time to time, we could go out together as well! Of course, we’d also love to explore the area or nearby cities during our free time.
Depending on the workload you need, we might consider looking for a part-time job (depending on the area too!), but that’s just something we’re wondering about for now. Let us know if this could be a possibility!Informations complémentaires

They have been incredibly kind with our limited English, explaining new expressions and synonyms, and kindly repeating things more slowly for us when needed.
