Hello !
My name is Dryss, I’m a French student currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Science. After several years of studying, I felt the need to take a break, explore new places, discover other cultures, and be useful in different kinds of environments.

I’m available for the month of June, and since I believe that life is too short to do nothing, and that stepping out of your comfort zone is the best way to grow, I’ve decided to give Workaway a try.

One of my main goals is to practise languages other than French, learn new skills through hands-on experience, and take part in concrete, meaningful projects.

I’m curious, motivated, and open-minded.

Yes, I'm definitely interested in language exchange! French is my native language, so I’d be happy to help others practise or improve their French, whether through conversation or more structured support. I’m also working on improving my English, which I would currently describe as somewhere between B1 and B2. I’m hoping to stabilise my level around B2 through daily practice and immersion. Additionally, I’ve recently started learning Russian, mostly out of personal interest, and I’d love to keep making progress, even in small ways.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Through my studies and past experiences, I’ve developed a strong sense of organization, a responsible mindset, and a willingness to help wherever I’m needed. I’m used to adapting to new situations and working with people from different backgrounds. I’ve also worked in an association where I managed administrative tasks and public funding requests, which helped me develop communication and teamwork skills.

I enjoy working outdoors, and learning practical skills. I’d also be happy to help with French conversation practice, if that could be useful.

Above all, I bring motivation, reliability, and a positive attitude, and I’m excited to learn and contribute wherever I can.
