Hey there :)

I'm Felix, a 31 year old german gux looking for new adventures and experiences!

In everyday life, I'm a rather calm and introverted person who immerses himself in books. But every now and then, the fresh air and the smell of grass and wood, the feeling of damp earth on my hands calls me - and I need to get out into the world!


Even though I'm new to workaway, I already have some experience of volunteering. I've already taken part in a few volunteer camps (mostly in the field of environmental protection, as I really enjoy manual work in the fresh air as a contrast to my other activities) and was a group leader and trainer at European Youthexchanges.

As well as reading, writing, cooking and playing guitar, I like to get my hands dirty and work and meet other people, have new experiences - anything that makes me feel alive!

And that's exactly what I'm here for: to get out of my comfort zone, socialise with other people, make new friends, learn craft skills and learn about permaculture - and ultimately about other ways of living.

I am very curious about sustainable ways of living, living in community and being inspired by the stories of others!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Well, I have no expert skills on anything - but I realy like to learn! And I'm here especially to lern.
This said, what I have already tried out and would like to do:

I helped building a wall with straw and clay, I removed bushes and shrubbes from a field (a lot), cut trees, helped building a fance, did some general gardening, learned some very first things about permaculture, and I can cook.

But I would say that my biggest strength are adaptability and eagerness to try new things :)
