Hello!

My name is Gabe, I'm 23 years old and I'm from Ontario, Canada. I am a tree planter that has worked in rural British Columbia this past summer living in the woods and reforesting burnt land. I have also worked as a maintenance technician in a hotel and I have experience with renovation work as well.

I have a very strong desire to travel and work all over the world and am very excited to be joining Workaway! I have many interests but I'm most passionate about music, playing guitar, dogs, and meeting new people from all over the world. I am a hard-worker who is no stranger to rough working conditions. In my spare time I plan to hike trails and see the beautiful sites wherever I happen to be.

I can't wait to meet some fellow travelers and hosts!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience in many different areas. I have worked as a laborer for a renovation company and an electrical company. I have plenty of experience working in gyms and have lots of knowledge in exercise science. I have been a casual dog walker/sitter in my city for over 15 years and it's one of my biggest passions. As previously mentioned, I am a tree planter and planted over 60,000 trees last summer!

Apart from that, I've been playing guitar for over a decade and have helped people learn the basics. I'm always happy to teach people! And I love music. I know a lot of music history and enjoy finding new artists and bands to listen to.
