Hey, 


my name is Julia. I am from southern Germany. I am taking a Gap Year (6 Months) after finishing uni.
I have never had the opportunity to live abroad, and think now is the right time for me to explore the world in new ways.

I am expirienced kinderagrden teacher and have a degree in Inclusive Education. I also have some expirience in renovation, taking care of animals and a garden.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I worked in different kindergartens (Kids aged 0-7) for the past four and a half years. I also worked as an assistant caregiver for Adults with disabilities. In my work as a "Heilpädagogin“, I like to spend time outside or doing creative interventions with my clients. As part of my studies I workt with a boy (9 years) in the Heilpädagogische Entwicklungsförderung/support and treatmant for Children with disabilitys once a week. We would play games, do arts and craft and other onterventions helping him with his confidnce and self-awareness.

I grew up on a Hobby Farm with many animals (Chickens, ducks, rabbits, cats, dogs, etc.). I also have a little garden where i like to grew herbs, flowers and some berries

I am a relatively quiet person. I like to spend my free time reading or watching Netflix. When I am with friends, we like to go out dancing or to concerts. I'm not very athletic but I still spend a lot of time doing sports. I go Bouldering fairly regularly, do pilates and Yoga, and try to motivate myself to go on runs as much as possible. I enjoy working with children hence choosing to study Inclusive Education.

In the summer I enjoy swimming in lakes or pools. In the evenings or on weekends, I often play board games with friends and family and have become a master of „Codenames“ and „Tippi Toppi. “ To refuel my social battery, I like to read, crochet, and practice yoga or pilates.

I would like to get the chance to explore your region and country. Getting to know the best spots for walks and best places for local (vegatarian) food on my days of.
During the week, I hope to get a chance to become a part of your family and getting to know your favorite foods, games and activities.
