Hi, my name's Jacob, I'm 26 years old and I live in the East of England.

I've been looking for a change and am on workaway as a chance for cultural exchange, to meet new people and learn new skills.
Currently, I have skills in:

• Cooking
•Gardening
•Woodworking
•DIY
•Cleaning
•Animal care

My hobbies/interests include politics and sustainability, food and sports.

I have limited experience with volunteering abroad, however, I volunteered with the Green Party in the UK, helping in the build-up to the recent election

I'm hardworking, open minded and easygoing, happy to work on my own or in a group, I'm physically able to undertake active tasks. I'm flexible with undertaking whatever work needs doing. Should you have any questions please feel free to ask me anything.

You won’t find better Workaway hosts than Jim and Sue! They are incredibly generous, welcoming, and such great company – truly the kind of people who make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Their warmth and hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay.

I had a wonderful week staying with Lisa, Steve, Seb and Molly. They were all very welcoming and generous. The accommodation in the bell tent was perfect – peaceful, and providing a great place to settle and get some good sleep.

We hosted Jacob for a week, he proved to be reliable and honest, always completing tasks as expected and respecting our family routines. Jacob was very polite and considerate, showing genuine respect for our home and the guidelines we set. His positive attitude and easy-going nature made him a pleasure to have around.
