Hello! My name is Jas (Jasmine), a 23 year old Australian who loves new adventures and experiences. I am a Registered Nurse who lives in Melbourne and have taken a few months off to solo travel around Europe. I love traveling as it enables me to meet new people, learn about different cultures and explore our beautiful world.
I grew up in a coastal town so I love being outdoors. Hiking, camping, running, crocheting, reading, socializing with friends and family and going to the beach are some of my favourite things to do in my free time.
I am very eager to have some Workaway experiences while I’m traveling to be able to live with the locals and experience different ways of life.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I am a Registered Nurse who studied at the University of Tasmania, and have been working as a nurse for several years, which I absolutely love! I am a very hard worker with excellent communication skills and great ability to work in a team.
I am an avid gardener, and love to maintain a vegetable garden at my home, as such I have intermediate gardening skills and an eager to learn more.
Several years ago I worked as a cleaner, assisting people to clean their Airbnb’s, so have extensive cleaning experience.
I have previously worked in a bar and as such have skills in bar work, I completed my responsible service of alcohol (RSA) several years ago.
I also worked in a restaurant so have experience working in a kitchen, as well as loving cooking myself delicious vegetarian meals!
I have basic experience in building maintenance, babysitting, house/ petsitting, photography, and would love to learn more about these and any other skills.

As I said above I love being out in nature, exploring new places and going on adventures. I love hiking and have done lots of multi-day hikes, camping along the way. I have also recently got into running and am training for a half-marathon at the end of the year.
I am very crafty and love crocheting in my spare time, I also love reading!
Socialising is a big aspect of my life and I love hanging out with my friends and family, cooking them dinners and spending quality time together. While I’m traveling I love to meet new people and find new fun things to do!
