Hello !

My name is Julien, I am 31 years old and I am from Marseille, France.

I began travelling and discovering the world really 8 years ago. And, since I have lived in 4 different countries and met various amazing people and lived wonderful experiences.

When I graduated from my Master in Human Resources, I couldn't believe that I would stay in France in order to work. I still wanted to travel and keep on discovering what the world had in stock and what amazing people I might meet again.
In this way, I left for Montreal, Canada, a city that I like a lot and that made me discover a new part of me.
But now, I know that I need a new experience, an experience out of time, during which I might meet new people and being in an environment far from big cities I knew already.

That is why, after having done 3 years and a half in this amazing city, i have decided to continue my trip around the world and, especially, around South America.
In Colombia, I used to work in a finca (a farm producing coffee, bananas and various fruits) that was being transformed in an hostel. In this way, we have paved, with other workers and volunteers, the dirt road in concrete. Besides, we were harvesting bananas and participating in house maintenance activities.
I have volunteered in an orphanage in Bolivia where I was taking care of 7 young children (0-3 years) and animating the day with these adorable ones !

I have now decided to pursue my journey in New Zealand on a working holiday visa and aim mainly to remain in remote places and connect more to nature and people there.

I love discovering people and broad my knowledge and culture. In exchange, I would be glad to share mine with you (as you will hear I have a strong french accent) :)

I have actually worked mainly in offices but this has brought me skills like :

- Thorough organization
- Interpersonal skills
- Great analysis and capacity to teach people

In another way, I have done some meal cookings for homeless people, although cooking is not my best quality.
I am someome who is really creative in another way and I always bring new ideas on the table when it can help.

Otherwise, I love playing strategy board games with my friends (board games of management like Terraforming Mars, for example).

I also would like a lot to learn a new language, such as local idiomas in order to discover something that I did not know and I would love to play guitar ( a learning I postponed too much in my life).
