Description

Hi, we are Lukas and Kate, a young couple from Beroun in the Czech Republic. Since we got together, we have been dreaming of traveling, expanding our knowledge of foreign cultures, and improving our language skills.
We met in our scout group years ago. Scouting is our passion, from that we have learned many things, such as working in a large collective and solving problems effectively. We’re quick learners, hard workers, and always open to new experiences. We have experience not only in managing people but also in outdoor work. We are sure that we will be able to handle daily tasks, and we look forward to learning something new.

One of my hobbies apart from scouting are playing guitar and programming. I have had a part time job in an IT company as a programmer for 2 years, therefore I am going to study computer science at uni in Prag. As a scout leader, I have experience with managing people, so I started working as a manager in a company that is organizing extra math classes in our school.

When I am not studying or working, I prefer being in nature. I spend every weekend in the woods with my friends. Although I can help you with IT related tasks, I would also like to help you with basic house working and chores. I have never worked with farm animals, but I would love to work with them in the future.

I have been traveling in the mountains with my family all my life. Thanks to this I have a great relationship with nature and with meeting new people.
I have experience working in gastro because of my previous part time jobs.Because of that I am used to working under time stress and cooperating with coworkers at the same time. Also I am no stranger to jobs like washing dishes, cleaning flour or preparing tables.
I am a leader of a scout group of teenage girls. So I have strong nerves and many experiences with solving unexpected situations.

When I was young I spent every weekend at our outdoor cottage, so I am familiar with gardening in an environment full of animals.

When I was 9, I was diagnosed with diabetes. During the past years, I have learnt to deal with unexpected situations or problems and I'm used to participate at outdoor camps and long trips without any complications.
