An experienced dentist currently having a break from life and job looking for new opportunities. I am eager to learn new things and embrace challenges. Currently working in 130-old Norwegian hotel at the beautiful fjord...
My dream is to organise ayurvedic retreats in Poland. I would love to learn more about ayurveda and yoga and how to lead the group. Especially close to my heart is the topic of dharma and burn out.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a dentist specialised in work with children (especially with dentophobia). I was studying dentistry in English and I passed TOEFL exam. I am an ayurvedic therapist certified in India (Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute, Dharamsala). I am a member of Polish Society of Ayurveda "Prana" and Polish Society of Lifestyle Medicine. I am planning to become a certified Lifestyle Medicine Doctor in 2025. I have an experience in housekeeping and working in the reception of the hotel in Norway.

I focuse on a healthy lifestyle . I would love to share the widsom of Ayurveda as I believe it is better to prevent than cure. My dream is to become a lifestyle medicine doctor and educate the people how to take care of yourself. I believe that the body, mind and soul are connected.

I love travelling (especially hitchhiking) and I 'm couch-surfing active member. Addicted to music ( classic, rock, electro). I am a foodie, I love discovering new tastes. I can't live without books (Dostoievsky, Hemingway, Remarque, Tokarczuk). I love the people and listen to their stories. I think we are all connected.

I am an empath and I like to make people happy. :)
