Hi! I'm Maisie (21) I love to travel, explore new cultures, meet new people, go on hikes and be in nature. I'm looking for an eco/sustainability project to work on for a couple weeks!
I love to try and find cool and interesting wildlife too. I am vegetarian and very happy eating vegan. I love to cook and bake. I am always experimenting with tasty but healthy recipes. I'd say my greatest interest is nutrition, the environmental impact of food and sustainable farming and am always interested in learning more about herbalism and holistic eating/medicine. (I mean, food is medicine right?!)
I'm English and am more than happy to teach it, and receive if someone would like to do a language trade. I can teach a bit of piano, play music together, share what knowledge I have on food and nutrition. I have travelled previously to Thailand, the USA, and many European countries so have stories to share if you want to listen to me ramble lol! If not, I also love quiet.
I'd say I am social, caring, open-minded and enthusiastic, I love spending time outdoors and traveling to new places. Even when I'm at home, I'm going on little adventures. You can find me working in my favourite coffee shop, painting pottery, playing piano/ having a sing song, or walking my lovely dog Fifi.
I was studying a film degree in the UK this past year, however I've come to the conclusion that I will gain more from travelling to new countries, living with communities so different from what we're used to, learning life skills, learning how to forage, how to grow crops organically, cook outdoors, look after our bodies and to live more simply.
This is why I would love to stay in a community of like-minded people who equally care for the planet and enjoy being outdoors all day long!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Maisie and I make a great team together, and work super well in a wider team too. We are good conversationalists and communicators. We both handle pressure and stress very well, and are all round just quite chill and good humoured!
We are hardworking, curious and fun.
I (Inge) am innovative, creative, a good chef and tend to carry out the more physical jobs as I'm quite strong, so I am great in the garden and doing maintenance jobs,
Maisie has a naturally green thumb; she is great with plants. She is also musical and can play the piano and ukulele. She is very approachable and sociable, great with kids and is a natural domestic goddess!
To summarise, we both have skills to offer indoors and outdoors and in varied environments. We both have great common sense and initiative (which are pretty essential for travelling!) and can lighten up any given situation.
