Description
Hi, I am Milena from Germany!
I am currently doing a working holiday in Japan to explore this beautiful country, get to know the culture and people and eat yummy Japanese food.
I love going on adventures and learning new things!
Since coming to Japan, I have:
- attended a Japanese Language School in Sapporo, where I brushed up my Japanese
- hiked the Shikoku Pilgrimage, where I received lots of kindness and got to enjoy nature every day
- volunteered for a dog shelter in Tokushima prefecture, where I worked with many anxious dogs and cats and managed to gain their trust
- volunteered for a community project in a village in Oita prefecture, where I helped out on the shiitake plantation of a Japanese grandma and organized some workshops to teach English to local children
