Description

Kia ora (hello)! We’re Milly and Bryn, a couple in our mid-20s from the beautiful Tauranga, New Zealand. We love travel, food, animals (especially cats & dogs), meeting new people and exploring new cultures. We have a variety of experience from concreting to dress making and can't wait to meet you! We are currently traveling Mexico, and will be travelling through Latin America for the rest of the year and potentially some of 2026. So we would really appreciate recommendations. We are currently learning Spanish, and would love to teach English or practice Spanish with our hosts and fellow volunteers.

A bit about Bryn:
Prior to travel, I was working as a Commercial Analyst at a utilities company in New Zealand, however I love to get into nature. In my spare time I love to hike, run, dive, spearfish, fish, play rugby, hunt, walking my family dog, snowboarding and the list goes on... I love to travel, not only for the beautiful places you see, but the amazing people you meet, and of course the delicious cuisine. New Zealand is beautiful, however not much can be said about our cuisine. I have had several jobs, including concreting, driving, factory work, office work and farming. I am excited most about meeting people, learning new skills and improving old ones :)

A bit about Milly:
Prior to travel I was working for an environmental charity where I would organise sustainable events and do social media management. My work allowed me to give back to nature and our local community, and I am excited to do the same on our travels. I also run a second-hand fashion business, where I resell second-hand clothing online. In my spare time I love to explore nature, try new food (especially vegetarian), make clothing, hangout with friends and our cat George. I am a creative who is excited to get my hands dirty and learn new skills.
