My name is Natalie, I am 44 years old. I am a teacher in my profession. ( in a waldorf school, if you know what it is:). I love the nature, traveling, and working in the garden, and also love to do all different kinds of arts: drawing, sketching, singing, and playing. I get along very good with animals, and I love working with children.
I am traveling now in India for half a year, and looking for places where I can volunteer, share my abilities and qualities, and feel like home.

Ms. Natalie from Isreal, stayed with our organization from 18th January till 8th February’25. Her dedication to education, coupled with in-depth understanding and passion for Waldorf principles, has been truly appreciated. We've benefited greatly from her knowledge and skills. Following were her contributions to our different institutions besides doing teacher trainings and providing us ample resources for enhancing the overall quality of education in our institutions.

The air buzzed with anticipation as Class 5th A and B gathered for a special
English session with Natalie ma’am. With a twinkle in her eye, she launched into a series of activities that transformed the classroom into a playground of language. In Outdoor activities, they played name-calling football, mouse and cat chase, and cobra rope jumping. They recited action poems like “Put your right hand in” and “Straight as a spare I stand”, In Indoors, they chanted “Kookubara”, explored ‘Above me the moon and the sun’, and played “Simon Says”, A story was shared, followed by a Hindi discussion of its meaning. The session fostered confidence, concentration, and language skills through engaging activities.

Nursery teachers training students and mentors had the privilege of attending a session with Natalie ma'am, where she shared invaluable insights on making classroom learning an engaging and enjoyable experience. She emphasized the importance of designing activities that are age-appropriate and tailored to the unique needs of each child. Ma'am led a welcoming and day-starting poem with us that can be taken up with Class 1 students. We also played the 'catching the mouse' game, which helps improve concentration and participation and is suitable for students up to the age of 13 years. Natalie ma'am suggested incorporating interactive tools such as poems, role-plays, games, and fun events that cater to different learning styles. Her innovative approaches and practical tips have inspired us to revamp our teaching strategies and create a more immersive and stimulating learning environment that fosters academic excellence and nurtures the curiosity of young minds.

Ms. Natalie from Israel interacted with students of classes X I and IX,She mainly discussed the problem of the middle East, Israel, Gaza strip and related area She explained the significance of Jeruselam and the history related to its formation in 1948.The session was very informative and interactive. In open session she asked if students have any solution to this complicated situation. She had an empathetic touch not only to the political but also socio economic conditions in the whole region.

Ms. Natalie started the class by introducing herself as a mother teacher of the same batch for 8years in her school in Israel.
She took the children out on the terrace with their chairs, sat in a circle and played a game as a warm up activity.
Another activity was on passing the ball by calling out the partner's name. She focused on smooth passing of ball with one drop ball and not in harsh manner. She took them to the ground and asked to form a circle and played the mouse and the cat game by changing the direction.
Another game was to run and cross the sticks with one skip and she gradually increased the distance between the sticks for the children to practice stretching.
At last, this Kookaburra song was sung by skipping few words and increasing the challenge. She introduced her language Hebrew on board.
Natalie’s expertise in Waldorf education has been a significant asset, and her commitment to sharing knowledge and skills has made a real difference. We have been particularly impressed by her enthusiasm, pleasant personality, being so accommodating and the wholehearted manner in which she contributed to our institutions.
