I am a multi media artist, Pre-k/ Elementary teacher and nature/ocean enthusiast. My passions have taken me all over the world and connected me with some incredible people and unforgettable memories along the way:) I'm a creative problem solver and fast learner which help me excel in many positions.

Skills/Experience:
Tattoo Artist, Teacher, nanny, waitress, camp counselor, water sports (kayak, SUP, snorkel, scuba, 6m boat), animal lover, mural artist (I'd love to paint a garden mural for you, kids bedrooms, etc!), jewelry maker (macrame and seashell), photographer and costume designer, I am quick to pick up anything I set my mind to.

I've always been drawn to animals and am looking to transition my work to be centered around nature, animals, and the sea! I would love to teach kids the magic of the natural world, guide kayak tours or explore animal therapy. I'm excited to see what this summer's experiences bring!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Although I have many skills and passions, I most enjoy working outside and with people! I've always felt more at home in nature and knew I would never lead a "traditional" 9 to 5 job behind a desk. I come from an arts background an am a creative problem solver in any new task I take on.
After graduating with a B.A in Art and Theater from Marymount Manhattan College, I realized I wanted to use my creative skills for more than art hung in a quiet gallery. I started teaching art classes and camps for kids, Yoga classes for adults and eventually Preschool in Chicago! I loved leading a Pre-k classroom because I could freely incorporate art, music and creative thinking and positively impact young minds.
However, when the pandemic hit in March 2020 my school closed and I had to re-evaluate my priorities. An opportunity came to homeschool 1st grade students in Oahu, Hawaii and I simply had to go! Along with teaching, it was an unforgettable year of new experiences including farming, hiking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, scuba diving, sailing and more! My time on Oahu reminded me that my dream life is out there as long as I take the chance:)

My favorite thing to do in my free time is try new things! Whether it be a new food, hobby or experience, I love taking risks and being surprised. Some favorites include: learning stand up comedy in Chicago, Lyra and Aerial Arts in Honolulu, selling everything I have to travel solo, learning to read tarot cards and becoming a certified scuba diver in Hawaii Kai.

Skills I plan to learn include archery, beekeeping, foraging, next level cooking and sailing!

The ocean and being outside are also very important to me. I'm used to spending the day outdoors biking, walking and swimming whenever possible!
