Hallo everyone. My name is Sofie, I’m a 27 year old Dane and I study political science at university of Copenhagen. I’m moving to Paris this September in order to start work at the danish embassy and I would like to learn and experience as much as possible about France, its culture, language and people. I love nature, literature and music. I play piano and guitar and I love exploring new things and learning from new people. I love laughter and community and I hope to share some great moments through workaway.

I need to learn french before I start my work at the Danish embassy in Paris. I already did one month intensive school in Nice, and I have had french in school, but I need someone to speak to. I am currently at a B1/B2 level :))

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have had many different jobs during my life. I teach international relations and the university of Copenhagen, and before that I have been a sub teacher in a danish primary school. So I am used to young people and kids, and I enjoy teaching and learning myself. So I would like to take care of children, help with homework etc. Other than that I enjoy nature, I love gardening and I care a great deal about the outdoors, though my life in Copenhagen makes it hard to have a garden myself. I am fluent in danish and English, and I have a B2 level in French, that I would like to improve. So language exchange woukd be ideal for me. I am overall easygoing, open-minded and I love learning new things.
