Hi, my name is Vivien and I`m 24 years old. I am a physiotherapist and currently studying. Since I have some time off in summer, I`d love to travel and get to know some new places and people. I`m looking forward to living out my passion of traveling and also help you in your daily life.

I really enjoy being by the water. I am very connected to nature, enjoy spending time outside, preferably in a tent and with a campfire when it gets dark. I try to use every free opportunity to experience small adventures. I like all kinds of traveling but my favourite one is probably with a friend by bike. We explore the country, enjoy the nature and find a nice place to put up our tent. 4 years ago I backpacked through South America with a friend and I have collected many different and awesome experiences with Workaway. It was so much fun. Each one has taught me an incredible amount of skills and gave me the opportunity to be together with and meet many inspiring people. In South America, I lived a pretty simple life and just loved it. So I don't mind getting my hands dirty and help you with any kind of work. Although I do not have any specific farming or construction experience, I am a hard worker and always excited to learn new skills. I also love spending time with kids and over the years I collected some experience of babysitting, also with little kids. It is always a joy to see how they grow up and learn every day.

I love hiking, cycling and various water sports like swimming or surfing. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends or reading a good book. During the lockdown I discovered my passion for cooking.
I can't wait to get to know you and your family!!

Previous experience:

CHILDCARE:
o I was babysitting ages 2-6 for 5 years
o taught children how to swim

GARDENING:
o I have some experience in gardening as my parents and grandparents have a big garden. We grow a lot of vegetables and fruit ourselves.
o One season I worked as a harvest worker on a strawberry-, raspberry- and corn field

WORKAWAY:
I worked on some farms, I helped with guests and any kind of garden work that had to be done, did little DIY-projects and worked for some weeks as a nanny

Through my training as a physiotherapist, I am used to working in teams, but also independently and to perform these conscientiously.

I am happy about any skills that I can learn from others.
