Hi, guys!
My name is Beatriz Vidal. I'm 27 years old and from Lisbon, Portugal. I’m looking to explore the world on a budget while helping others, learning new skills, and practicing new languages. I like to write, read, and dance.
I have a degree in Languages, Literature and Cultures (Minors in Translation; Performative Arts; Asian Studies) and a master’s in Branding and Fashion Design. I have been working as a freelancer for the past four years - mostly as a copywriter and social media manager, but also as a translator (Portuguese-English), fashion stylist, and restaurant/bar waitress (we freelancers have to do a bit of everything!).
I have mainly traveled through Europe, so I am excited to embark on an adventure to get to know other continents and cultures. You can count on me to be organized, responsible, an independent thinker, and eternally eager to learn new things.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have worked a lot with social media, translations, and content writing. I have also worked in fashion and production (music videos, commercials, magazines...) - I can style clothes, sew, make simple patterns, iron, drive big vans, and, generally, be resourceful, independent and work out creative solutions for any kind of problem. Although I never professionally taught, I also have a TELF course on Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
I love animals (I have three dogs at home) and I'm a "plant mom", so I would love to help around with these and learn more about gardening and animal care. I like to cook as well.
