Hi! :)
I'm Elisa, a 26 year old girl from Verona (Italy).
I'm a nutritionist who loves travelling on her free time.
I've travelled with Workaway in Europe since 2022!
I enjoy learning new things, developing skills and collecting experiences.
I love hiking, running, cooking healthy meals and spending time with friends.
Other people describe me as easygoing, reliable, sensitive.
My friend is Simona, she is 26 years old and lives in Aosta Valley. She works in a chemical lab on a project about green economy. She has been volunteered with The Red Cross since 2018.
She is loyal, kind and cheerful!
We studied together in Parma University.
We are currently looking for a workway experience in Europe in August 2025 for 10 days!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
ELISA:
I work as a nutritionist and educate people to eat well and live better!
I have a bachelor degree in applied pharmaceutical science (herbal pharmacy) and a master degree in science of human nutrition.
I have studied biology, phytochemistry, phytocosmetics, botanicals, human physiology.
In the past I've worked in a small herbal shop.
I worked as a waitress for 2 years during weekends and as an animator for children in summer centers for 3 years.
I've also helped two middle school boys with homeworks.
At home I have a big garden and I help my parents with vegetables and flowers.
I love animals and taking care of my dog and cats.
As my first workaway experience, I've been in a in animal shelter in Austria for 4 weeks. I've cleaned the boxes, fed the animals, walked the dogs and help with general maintenance in the farm.
As my second experience I've been in the countryside of France for 3 weeks. I've painted a wall outside and a bathroom, helped with the garden, babysitting 2 young children (2 and 4 years old).
For my third experience I've been in the south of France. Here I've learnt about permaculture helping in the garden, cut the grass with a strimmer, painted an actic, restored an old stone wall and cooked several meals.
In September 2023 I have been to Spain for 2 weeks and there i helped a couple with gardening ad cooking.
Last year, in August 2024, I've been in a small farm in Austria with myboyfriend helping with 4 beautiful goats and a garden!
SIMONA:
Simona is 26 years old and lives in the Aosta Valley, Italy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technologies and is about to complete her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition Sciences. She is currently working in a chemical laboratory on a project focused on the green economy in agricultural systems.
In the past, she gained work experience in a coffee shop and a bakery. During her curricular internship, she was involved in managing educational activities for children, focusing on healthy eating and nutrition.
In her free time, she loves being outdoors, especially in the mountains, where she enjoys hiking and running. Since 2021, she has been a volunteer with the Italian Red Cross. Her friends describe her as a loyal, kind, and cheerful person.
