Hi! I’m Lexi!
I love hands-on projects—anything that lets me stay active and engaged. I’d love to help out with building, gardening, permaculture, landscaping, painting, basic repairs, working with animals, any creative project, or any kind of outdoor maintenance. I enjoy learning by doing, and I’m always excited to pick up new skills, whether it’s working with my hands outdoors or contributing to something meaningful as part of a team.

I'm originally from San Diego, California and have been living in New York City for the past 2 years. I have 8 years of hospitality experience and a genuine love for animals and caring for others. For the past couple of years, I’ve been working as a professional pet sitter in Manhattan, which has been a great way to stay grounded, build trust with people, and bring a little comfort to their homes while they’re away.

I love staying active and have played sports my whole life—soccer, surfing, baseball, hockey, and skateboarding. Keeping my body moving is important to me, but I also really value winding down by the water. I’m especially drawn to Greece for its serene beaches and beautiful landscapes.

I’m passionate about nature, the ocean, hiking, and just being outdoors. I love meeting new people, learning from different cultures, and being part of purposeful projects wherever I go. I’m responsible, committed, and easygoing—with a good sense of humor to keep things light. I’m also handy, creative, and an artist at heart, and am always happy to lend a hand with any sort of project or task you may have!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have 8 years of experience in hospitality, which means I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments, staying organized, and making people feel welcome. I’m reliable, communicative, and always happy to lend a hand where needed whether that’s helping with guests, or keeping things tidy and running smoothly.
I love to cook- I have no dietary restrictions so I enjoy making all kinds of food.

I love caring for all kinds of animals, as I've grown up taking care of a family friends animals-horses, dogs, chickens, ducks, bunnies, and birds. I’m calm, patient, and usually pretty good at gaining their trust—even the shy ones.

I’m naturally hands-on and love learning by doing. I spent a few months helping my dad demo and start rebuilding a house, mostly doing hands-on tasks like clearing out materials, using basic tools, and lending an extra set of hands. I didn’t become an expert or anything, but it gave me some solid experience and a better understanding of how things work on a job site.

I have basic experience with gardening, painting, minor repairs, and general outdoor maintenance. I’m artistic and enjoy creative projects, whether it's organizing a space, helping with decor, or doing something more physical like landscaping or building tasks.

I’m also very active and enjoy physical work—sports, hiking, surfing, and skateboarding have all been a big part of my life. I value teamwork, stay positive under pressure, and bring a good mix of energy, humor, and responsibility to every project I’m involved in.

I’m pretty good at Spanish—I learned it in high school and still remember quite a bit—and I’m currently learning Greek to get more familiar with the language and culture.
