Hi! My name is Martina and I'm from Italy. I'm 23 years old and recently graduated in Cultural Heritage from the University of Venice. However, I've realized that my real dream is working with children and building connections with them.
I've joined Workaway because I love learning about new cultures, languages and meeting people from all over the world.
I'm an active and adventurous person who enjoys spending time in nature, hiking and climbing. I also love playing the piano, the guitar and cooking. I'm always opened to trying and learning new activities, and I hope to contribute wherever I go.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have a lot of experience with children because I am the oldest of two younger siblings and two younger cousins. I have also worked as a baby sitter for different families, which has helped me to learn how to take care of kids. I volunteer at the parish in my town, where I help organize fun activities for children.
For three months, I worked as a music teacher in a kindergarten. This gave me the chance to teach young kids and share my love for music with them.
Besides working with children, I have also worked as a waitress in a bar and in a sandwich shop. These jobs helped me learn practical skills like working with customers and handling different tasks at the same time. They helped me become more flexible and ready for different challenges.
I really love taking care of animals too. I have a dog, and I spend a lot of time looking after him, which has taught me to be responsible and caring.
One of my passions is photography, I'm not a professional photographer but I always have my camera with me and I love to take pictures around.
