Hi, I look forward to providing practical help for people and projects with shared values, and look forward to learning about new places, people and activities.

I have worked and volunteered with many community groups and organisations, including setting up my own. The areas that interest me the most are creative projects, connecting with nature, eco and sustainability projects and community led initiatives. I am also interested in house and pet sitting.

I am creative, practical and like working within a team and helping others achieve their goals. I also like to bring a bright splash of laughter to all that I do!

I am learning Greek and hope Workaways will be a great way to improve.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am practical, creative and experienced with DIY. In the past I have been a keen organic gardener and grown my own vegetables, with varying degrees of success!

My work experience has mainly been as a coach and facilitator supporting individuals and charitable organisations. As a facilitator I specialised in creative and somatic practices (using the felt senses) . I have written blogs, content for websites and fundraising applications, sometimes using my own artwork in these areas.
