Adventurous traveler eager to explore and help!
Hey! I’m Orest, a 26 year old student from Sweden. I have always enjoyed traveling and now seek to explore and learn about Central Asian countries! I’m a naturally curious soul who is passionate about discovering new cultures, meeting people and learning from every experience I encounter along the way. I am currently pursuing an online master degree in journalism and human rights.
About me:

- Hardworking and reliable: I have experience in a variety of tasks and am willing to put down hard work and learn new skills.

Skills:
- Language exchange: I speak fluent Swedish, English and Ukrainian. I am working on perfecting my Russian. I also speak some Spanish. Always eager to learn new languages and share my skills.
- Teaching experience: I have experience teaching English for both kids and adults. I am also a personal trainer and have over 10 years experience as a tennis coach. I really enjoy coaching and teaching and can help in any educational project.
- Outdoor and manual work: I’m physically fit and enjoy outdoor work. I’ve helped with farm work, building projects and maintenance tasks. As a Swede, I practically have a PhD in building furniture—after all, we’re born with an IKEA manual in our hands.
- As a student of media, I will gladly contribute with what I can in social media and marketing.
I'm interested in Workaway opportunities that allow me to connect with local communities and learn about native traditions and ways of life. Whether it's volunteering on a farm, helping out at a guesthouse, teaching English, or any other kind of community project, I'm eager to contribute and make a positive impact.

I would call myself a language nerd as I love learning new languages. I am particularly interested in improving my Russian but also my skills in Spanish. I have experience in teaching English to both adults and children and would gladly to it again. I think learning a new language opens so many doors in life and enables a person to understand more cultures than their own. I would love engage in language exchange.

Health has always been a huge interest of mine. I love learning about what I can do to improve my mental, physical and spiritual health as well as how I can help other people achieve health.
As a student within the field of journalism I love learning about stories that are not being told loudly. I believe every person has an interesting story to tell that deserves to be heard. Therefore I would love the opportunity to do some type of journalistic or documentary type of work.
Overall I'm a happy guy who loves life and wants to experience as much of it as possible.
