Description
I'm Sam, 32 years old from Cornwall, England.
I've been living in New Zealand, mostly Queenstown for nearly 10 years.
I trained and qualified here as a builder and have been building residential houses since.
I'm planning to leave Queenstown at the end of September and meander gradually North towards Raglan.
On the way I'd love to spend a few weeks/months doing some fulfilling workaways. Ideally experiencing life at an animal sanctuary, some interesting, sustainable building related work or working on permaculture/organic food projects. Open to suggestions about any other ways to make myself a useful human being!
I'll be travelling in a smallish camper with my tools so can potentially be flexible about accommodation.
I eat a vegan diet and am passionate about animal welfare though I have never had experience of looking after animals.
Happy to get stuck into any tasks for a good cause and am always keen to learn something new!
