Hello everyone,

My name is Vindiana, and I’m 28 years old from Belgium. I studied biology, a field that allows me to explore my deep passion for nature and animals. Many of my life choices are influenced by my values and my commitment to ecological sustainability.

What brings me joy is the ocean, breathtaking sunsets, and the profound connection I feel with nature and its creatures. I deeply appreciate the simple moments in life and can often be found laughing and sharing joyful experiences with those around me.

I'm passionate about learning new things, including languages. With this workaway project I'd like to improve my Spanish, which I've unfortunately let slip over the years through lack of practice. I can't wait to get back to it! I would also be delighted to teach French or English to beginners. Sharing my knowledge and helping others to learn is something I really enjoy.

I believe I would be a great fit for your hosting opportunity due to my diverse skills, rich experiences, and passion for the natural world. Having spent nearly my entire life involved with scouting, I have learned to be resourceful and adaptable, making the most out of limited comfort. This background has instilled in me a deep love for exploration and living in natural environments.

At 18, I spent seven months in Costa Rica, where I honed my Spanish language skills while immersing myself in a beautiful, biodiverse culture. Alongside Spanish, I am fluent in English and French, and I have a basic understanding of Dutch. This multilingual ability allows me to connect with a wide variety of people and facilitates effective communication, which is crucial in any host-guest scenario.

I am a quick learner and an enthusiastic observer. I thrive on understanding how things work and asking questions to deepen my knowledge of the world around me. My professional background includes working in a farm animal sanctuary and a wildlife hospital in southern France. These experiences equipped me with the skills to engage effectively with both animals and humans, be it adults or children.

I enjoy living in community and believe in the importance of collaboration and shared experiences. Cooking is a passion of mine, and I love preparing meals that bring people together. I cherish deep conversations where we can exchange ideas and perspectives, often rethinking the world around us.

I love sports and I'm always trying new things. Recently, I played football for three years, and now I've started Thai boxing and pole dancing. I enjoy pushing my limits and challenging myself.

I also have a particular affection for art; I really enjoy painting and drawing, as well as playing music on the guitar.

I love to laugh, make others laugh, and ensure that the people around me are happy.
