Hi everyone!

We are Mercedesz and Peter, a travel-lover couple from Hungary. We are 30 and 29 years old. We are kind, funny and open minded people who loves to travel, discover new places and learn about new cultures.

We spent the last couple years abroad. After we finished our studies in Sports Management at the university, we moved to the United Kingdom, and then to The Netherlands. Now we are looking for some new challenges and new places to discover!

Also both of us loves animals, and respect nature. We try to live our life simple and environmental friendly. Unfortunately we do not have a garden at home, so we do not have enough space to have our own animals.

About our work ethics: we are really fast-learners and responsible. We are interested in all kinds of tasks where we can learn new skills. We always try to do our best :)

Our hobbies are including traveling, hiking, amateur photo and videography, calisthenics (mostly Peter).

Peter and Mercedesz stayed with us for 2 weeks. They came as strangers and left as friends. They were very hard working and approached any task with enthusiasm and a smile, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were great working in a team or on their own and showed good initiative.

It was great having Mercedesz and Peter from Hungary stay with us! They were a big help around the house, always ready to assist with chores and they had such a positive, can-do attitude. We spent almost 3 weeks at this place. It was our first workaway experience, and it was just perfect! We helped with housekeeping, general cleaning, and did some gardening too.

The hostel is amazing, it has beautiful surroundings. The backyard is basically a jungle. Eels live in the stream and so many birds around!
