Hi, my name is Cigdem,
this year I decided to fullfill my dream of travelling with workaway. My aim is to be more in nature, learn about permaculture, medicinal plants and to be involved in art projects.

I have experience in hospitality, business administration etc. I restored 8 old town houses in Ayvalik and run my own business. My passion is pottery since 2010 and I am working and living as a potter in Ayvalik/Turkey. I am also a Reiki Master and I give sessions and teach Reiki in my community.

I love flowers and plants, therefore I would like to be involved in projects related to nature and also art. I prefer vegetarian food. I like to share my knowledge and also to learn new skills.

Travelling was always my dream in order to see new places, historical places and meet new people and be more in nature. Travelling with workaway is also a way of living in a local community and expierencing it more deeply.
