  We are located in Tomatlán, Jalisco. The climate is tropical sub humid and we have a beautiful river in front of the property. We seek to regenerate the earth and slow down all environmental problems within our space. We want to be a space for learning through practice, we are transforming the land applying sintropic principle. Our main challenge is to deconstruct ourselves from all the conventional ideas with which we have been educated that have kept us from being in harmony with nature.
  We are inspired by following the principles of permaculture
  - Land care
  Soil, forest and water conservation.
  Provide all life systems so that it continues and multiplies
  - People care
  Care for self, family and community.
  Guaranteeing access to the resources necessary to exist
  - fair share
  Limit consumption and reproduction.
  Equitably distribute surpluses.

  Estamos ubicados en Tomatlán, Jalisco. El clima es trópico sub húmedo y tenemos un hermoso río frente a la propiedad. Buscamos regenerar la tierra y desacelerar todas las problemáticas ambientales dentro de nuestro espacio. Queremos ser un espacio de aprendizaje mediante la práctica. Nuestro principal reto es deconstruirnos de todas las ideas convencionales con las que hemos sido educados que nos han alejado de estar en armonía con la naturaleza.

  We have beautiful common areas for our people to share and enjoy, we have been learning about diverse topics of permaculture which we would love to share.

  We are creating agroforestry systems where depending on the season are the activities.
  June- September: Planting, weeding, mulching, mango harvest
  October- January: Mulching, pruning, growing veggies, watering
  February- May: Seed harvesting, mulching, pruning weeding, watering and removing dry organic matter from around the farm to prevent fires.
  
  When we have big fruit harvest we will be also processing some of it (dehydrate, ferment, etc)
  
  We have rescued dogs so we all help taking care of them(:

  Acomodação

  We have a volunteers room with a compost toilet near by and bucket shower.
  Also for a good deal we can offer the cabins which are for guests if someone is interested in having their own room whith shower and toilet.
  
  I provide the next list of ingridents for a $200mxn weekly cooperation
  -rice
  -lentils
  -beans
  -flour
  -chickpeas
  -tortillas
  -soy protein
  -eggs
  -local/season fruit
  -veggies (tomate, carrot, cabage, onion, garlic, yuca, nopales, Zucchini)
  -coffee
  -spices
  
  (Sometimes i can have the option of working 25hrs a week in exchange of the list of ingridents included)

  We are 9km from town, I drive once a week to town for groceries
  I also have a bike for rent
  The dam is 11km from the farm and there are very cool river spots around the farm.
  On our time off we cook, go to the river, read, or chill on the hammock.
  This is a good place to go back to hobbies such as playing guitar, knit, paint, etc.
