  From middle August to end of September!!!
  
  My name is Sandrine, I spent 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area and 15 years in Paris too. I also lived briefly in England and Switzerland. Since 2022, I've been back in France, in Perigord, in the south-west between Bordeaux and Toulouse. A region I adore, where I hope my childhood dream will come true one day. My grandmother had a farm with cows and I dreamed of having horses.
  Restoring here is close to my heart.
  Lots of things to do...
  
  The region is beautiful with castles, medieval villages, a ton of activities to do such as horse riding, canoeing, pottery, tree climbing, cycling, garage sales, festivals, concerts etc..
  
  In the middle of 4 hectares of land, a barn to restore. Also, a small house with 3 bedrooms, in the heart of the countryside 1km from the village of Lacapelle Biron. Dynamic village with various associations such as Astronomy, tennis, rueda caliente, mountain biking, Bernard Palissy museum, among others.
  Whether you're looking for peace and quiet or action, you'll find something to suit you in this charming corner of France.
  
  I've started a mandala garden with aromatic herbs. I'd love some help to develop it... or just maintain and improve it.
  Repainting parts of the house would be nice too. Empty the barn bit by bit. Enjoy the summer and the activities around it. A peaceful, independent and caring person to share this summer here with me. My daughter is going back to San Francisco Bay in June to stay with her father.

  Je m’appelle Sandrine, j’ai passé 15 années dans la baie de San Francisco et 15 années à Paris aussi. J’ai vécu brièvement en Angleterre et en Suisse. Depuis 2022, je suis de retour en France, Perigord, le sud ouest entre Bordeaux et Toulouse. Une region que j’adore où mon reve d’enfant j’espère prendra forme un jour. Ma grand-mère avait une ferme avec des vaches et je rêvais d’avoir des chevaux.
  Restaurer ici me tient à coeur.
  Beaucoup de choses à faire…
  
  La region est magnifique avec des chateaux, des villages medievaux, une tonne d’activités à faire comme équitation, canoës-kayaks, poterie, accro-branches, vélo, vide greniers, festivals, concerts etc.
  
  Au milieu de 4 hectares de terre, une grange à restaurer. Aussi, Une petite maison avec 3 chambres, en pleine campagne à 1km du village de Lacapelle Biron. Village dynamique avec des associations variées comme Astronomie, tennis, rueda caliente, VTT, musée Bernard Palissy, entre autres.
  Entre calme ou actions, vous trouverez de quoi vous satisfaire dans ce charmant coin de France.
  
  J’ai débuté un jardin mandala avec des herbes aromatiques. J’aimerais un coup de main pour le développer… ou juste le maintenir et l’améliorer.
  Repeindre des parties de la maison serait bien aussi. Vider la grange petit à petit. Apprecier l’été et les activités autour. Une personne paisible, autonome et bienveillante pour partager cet été ici avec moi. Ma fille repart en juin dans la baie de San Francisco chez son père.

  Acomodação

  Independent room in our house, cool and quiet in summer. We provide the breakfast, we do not cook meats here. Meals are warm and friendly, everyone participates in a caring atmosphere.
  
  Chambre indépendante dans notre maison, fraîche et calme l’été.
  Nous fournissons le petit déjeuner, nous ne cuisinons pas de viandes ici.
  Les repas sont chaleureux et conviviaux, chacun participe dans une atmosphère bienveillante.

  You can go hiking, cycling, visit castles, medieval villages, horse riding, pottery, swimming, canoeing, sunbathing, reading, painting...
  We support the concept of ‘slow living’ with the pleasure of living in the countryside, surrounded by nature, calm, animals (just a cat at the moment) but there are plans for an educational farm, a bed&breakfast, sales of local and artistic products and crafts, and homemade pastries and other things. We like the peace and quiet and also sharing meals with friends and going to Spanish inns regularly.
  I work part-time for myself in the wellness sector and as a home help. I have taught French in the USA and worked with wood and paper. I have also written children's books.
  I'm active and independent. I'm sociable and friendly, and I also enjoy taking time out for myself to recharge my batteries.
  I practise qi gong regularly and walking. I also cycle and we drive into town 1 or 2 times a week for markets or shopping.

  My boyfriend just bought a house to rebuild in the mountain, Montserrat national park at 50 minutes of Barcelone, SPAIN. If you are interested to help, practice your Spanish, work to both projects with me or / and with Philippe, 1 to 2 months or more from September, we will love to have you with us ✨🙏☀️🥰🫶🌾

  Vous pouvez faire des randonnées, du velo, visiter des châteaux, des villages medievaux, de l’équitation, de la poterie, de la natation, canoë kayak, prendre le soleil, lire, peindre…
  Nous soutenons le concept de “slow living” avec le plaisir de vivre à la campagne, entourée de nature, calme, animaux (juste un chat pour le moment) mais projet de ferme educative, de bed&breakfast en projet, de ventes de produits locaux et artistiques voire artisanaux, et pâtisseries maisons et autres.
  Nous aimons le calme et aussi partager des repas avec des amis et faire des auberges espagnoles régulièrement.
  Je travaille a temps partiel pour moi dans le secteur du bien-être et comme aide à domicile. J’ai enseigné le français aux USA et travailler le bois et le papier. J’ai ecrit des livres pour enfants aussi..
  Je suis active et autonome. Sociable, conviviale j’apprécie aussi du temps pour moi afin de me ressourcer.
  Je pratique le qi gong régulièrement et la marche. Le vélo et nous conduisons 1 a 2 fois par semaine en ville pour des marchés ou pour faire des courses.
