Beach-front hostel in Praia do Tofo, Mozambique

  Hi,
  
  I am Ria, 28-years-old and this year I realised my dream of opening a hostel on the beach in stunning Tofo, Mozambique. The hostel is right on the beach with an XXL hammock, big deck with a small pool on it, a bar, sun beds and a big, well-equipped kitchen facing the Indian ocean. In winter you can see the whales jumping from the kitchen and deck. In your free time, you can go surfing, kite-surfing and diving with whale-sharks, humpback-whales, manta rays and dolphins here. Also Tofo has a fun party scene with lots of bars with live music and DJs.
  
  My hostel has 13 rooms - some are private doubles and some 3-bed-room dorms. I am working together with 3 paid Mozambican team members whose roles are cleaning and night guard. My plan is to get the social activities at night running e.g. some to support the local community like Mozambican dinner night, dance classes, beach cleaning, also movie nights (I have a great projector and popcorn machine), beerpong tournaments and I am also starting to host a monthly party series. I am even thinking as a big project to set up my own outdoor gym. For this I need an outgoing person to organise those events, motivate guests to join in order for them to connect better.
  
  Moreover, I would like to set up workout classes and dance classes with local women I know who are fit and know how to dance but don't have experience in teaching yet. If you are a coach and could teach them how to give dance/workout classes on the beach, this would be also highly valuable. With another local girl I want to offer community dinner nights that still need improvement and feedback as well as breakfast. If you like to cook and could help us making those meals great through feedback and documenting everything on Social Media, that would be very helpful as well.
  
  Overall, I definitely need a lot more cool Social Media content and pictures for booking.com & Hostelworld so if you love helping me out with this, that would be fantastic.

  Beach Hostel Workawayer: organise social events, support Mozambican chef with her cooking, pictures + videos for Social Media, workout classes
  
  I won't be able to provide any food unfortunately therefore the working hours won't be more than 3 hours a day 5 times a week - there is great cheap local food at the market - 10 minutes by foot.
