Hello!!

I am an Australian happy go lucky chick on a way ticket adventure to Europe. I have studied and worked as a Registered Nurse for several years in the sunny Gold Coast, Australia. However, after travelling parts of Europe last year with my best friend I caught the travel bug and this time we both decided to backpack and put our careers on hold.

I grew up in a small country town in Australia and have a passion for the outdoor lifestyle. I have a very easy going nature and love to immerse myself into anything thrown my way. I also love to watch and participate in all kinds of sport, I have played many throughout childhood to now including: Soccer, futsal, touch football, oztag, AFL, volleyball and netball. I should also mention.. I'm a massive foodie (especially the sweet kind), I not only love to eat the food but also cook it. In my down time away from these activities I thoroughly enjoy, arts and crafts, reading, gardening, camping and exercising.

I recently completed my first workaway at a camping/hostel for oktoberfest!! I had an amazing stay, met incredible people and was able to participate in many tasks. Completing this workaway however has only made me want to experience more around the world and I am extremely excited for what is to come. I can't wait to continue learning as much as I can about other cultures, meet new people and find out more about myself.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing which has given me the opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in several hospitals/facilities across Australia. Many skills that I have gained throughout this time range from a plethora of clinical skills to being able to nurture those at there most vulnerable time.

Prior to my career in Nursing I worked in a range of different roles starting off as a Barista at a market, followed by a hospitality job in a pizza shop and then in a customer service role at a supermarket. The skills that I gained throughout these roles include; exceptional customer service, cash handling, time management, teamwork, strong communication and having initiative.
