Hey there!
I’m Michi (short for Michael). After completing my B.Sc. in Biology in Regensburg, I finally have the time to explore the world — and along the way, discover new aspects of myself. I’m passionate about gaining new experiences in all kinds of ways and connecting with diverse mindsets and inspiring personalities.

Lately, I’ve started learning Spanish and would love to become conversationally fluent. I enjoy staying active, doing sports, and spending time with great company.

Soy Michi (diminutivo de Michael). Después de terminar mi licenciatura en Biología en Ratisbona, por fin tengo tiempo para explorar el mundo y, en el camino, descubrir nuevos aspectos de mí mismo. Me apasiona vivir nuevas experiencias de todo tipo y conectar con diferentes formas de pensar y personalidades inspiradoras.

Últimamente he empezado a aprender español y me encantaría llegar a hablarlo con fluidez (o al menos mantener una conversación). Disfruto manteniéndome activo, haciendo deporte y compartiendo buenos momentos en compañía.

I’m eager to become as fluent as possible in Spanish. At the same time, I’m also interested in learning about other languages and cultures. In return, I’d be happy to help with German and can also offer solid English skills (though it’s not my native language).

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’m someone who enjoys hands-on work and solving practical problems. I believe I’m skilled at finding creative yet realistic solutions for a wide range of challenges. I’m open to any type of work that allows me to learn new skills, and I particularly enjoy constantly tackling new tasks, projects, or problems. Complex concepts and projects genuinely excite me. Physical work and getting my hands dirty are no issue for me — in fact, I often find it rewarding.

Thanks to my background as a parkour coach, I have a strong understanding of body movement and can effectively analyze and explain physical techniques. Together with a friend of mine, I build a youthgroup which meets once a week. Therefore we created a safe space in which the kids opened up over the years and became like a second family. A place in which we met without a certain aim, but the opportunity to talk, laugh and play games together.
Over the last years I therefore gathered a lot of experience with kids and young adults, from camping holidays, workshops, training sessions till just listening and being there.
I also consider myself someone who quickly identifies tasks and takes the initiative to work on them independently.

I can assure you that I will do my best to learn any necessary skill as quickly and good as possible. :)
