My names Thomas, or Beekeeper Tom. I love spending time in nature surfing, traveling, hiking and talking about bees & flowers. I love to explore different natural environments and enjoy meeting people from around the world. You’ll often find me close to the ocean, which helps me to appreciate simple moments. I’m a professional beekeeper and disability support worker, who started the small business Coastal Nectar :)
I'm currently on a buzzing bee tour with Coastal Nectar, running educational programs, community beekeeping courses and raising awareness of the importance of native bees. Looking for a safe place to park my van whilst in Margaret River and to volunteer / work on a local farm / homestead to share and learn farm skills & knowledge.
I pride myself on being a quick learner, clean, respectful and very easy going. If you would like to know more, please reach out! I'd love to hear back from you :)

Really loved having Kendall and Tomas around. They are wonderful people who helped in many ways and took responsibility and self managed many tasks. Honest, reliable and nice to have around and would recommend them for any other hosts or opportunities

Wow! What a beautiful experience and exchange. We worked on various projects in the garden, animal care, property maintenance. The accommodation we stayed in allowed Tom & I to be independent and so comfy. The surrounding area was amazing to explore, short drives to waterfalls & the ocean. Thomas stayed with us for 2 weeks and was fantastic to have around. We were looking for someone to teach us English, look after our son and teach him how to swim and Tom did both of that. But he went above and beyond those 2 principal tasks, helped in the household without having to be told, helped cook, clean, went shopping, picked our son up… read more

I was fortunate to workaway with Daniel, Alejandra and cheeky Levin for just under 2 weeks. They are a beautiful family and from the minute I arrived I was welcomed into their home. I spent 2 months working in this beautiful hostel and wish I didn't have to leave. In this hostel I found great balance with surfing, working, being able to cook healthy meals and teaching Acroyoga.
