Hello, my name is Jürgen and although I have a very german name, I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. After graduating in Translation and Interpreting, I realized that as much as I loved foreign languages, I didn't want to work as a translator all my life. That's why I decided to start traveling around the world to try new things and to live experiences that might help me find myself. Maybe I will never do, but at least I want to see what the world has to offer and what I can offer too!

I really like to immerse myself in new cultures. That's why I decided to create a Workaway account. Workaway offers me the opportunity to live with new people from all over the world and make them my new friends. There is nothing better than keeping in touch with the people you meet while traveling.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I do pretty well with foreign languages and I can help you to improve your Spanish. In fact I always try to teach some Spanish words wherever I go. I also have experience working in several kitchens around the world and where I come from the food is amazing, so I could cook some dishes, in case you want to know a little bit of Peruvian cuisine. I enjoy practicing many sports such as football, surfing, skateboarding, volleyball, among others and I consider myself a fit person, in case you need help with any physically demanding job. I don't mind working outdoors with animals, gardening and playing with kids. Finally, I can just add that I always try to be friendly and polite but also easy-going. I'm someone that love making friends with people who thinks different than me.
