Hello travelers! My name is Karen (Caribbean) and together with Jeff (Netherlands) and Simon (Kenya) we recently opened a cozy small-scale eco camp (sleeps 10) in the heart of Kenya's Maasailand, close to the world famous Masaai Mara National Reserve. Set in nature, our regular VIP's include Elephant, Zebra, Gazelles, Monkeys, Baboons Birds, Bushbabies and more!

High Season July-Dec. (excl. Low Season Jan.-Jun. (excl. Mar/Apr/May):
During this period we need photographers/videographers/graphic designers to help make promo vids, fliers, posters etc.
NOTE: you'll need to have your own equipment (go pro, laptop, wind jammer, voice recorder, cables, etc). We also do camp maintenance during this period and those with construction skills using wood/timber are also welcome.

NOTE: videographers/graphic designers etc. can also apply during high season.

Who you are: self-starter, kind, friendly, get-things-done attitude, organized, patient, people person, able to work independently with little to no supervision.
The skills you have: hosting guests, making/editing promo vids/photo's/fliers etc. for social media etc., construction using timber, problem solver, cooking.

Must love cats and know how to care for them!! We have 2 furbabies.

We're looking for a dedicated person to help out for a minimum of 14 days, maximum: however long you'd like to stay!

You'd sleep in one of our bush pods/tents share the toilets/showers, and enjoy 3 simple veg meals a day which you will prepare in the small kitchen. We have solar for fridge/freezer, laptop/phone charging.

We are seeking 1 volunteer. With prior approval we can host max. 2, sharing. (friends or couples)

We have 3 permanent staff working at the camp: 1 Caretaker, 1 Security, and 1 Maintenance person.

Karibu sana! Welkom! Welcome! Bienvenido! Bon Bini!

Sleeping options are clean, simple and safe. You'll sleep in a cozy Bush Pod (wooden hut) or large tent (all include bedding) whichever is available. As we are an eco camp and thus no piped water, you'll use clean shared dry (compost) toilets and super nice latrines with proper seats. We offer hot bucket showers to ease away the day's labors!

You get 3 simple veg/vgn meals a day which you will prepare in our basic kitchen (specialty/dietary foods, snacks, alcoholic beverages, cheese, juice/soda/milk are not catered for).
