Namaste and a Heartfelt Welcome from Nepal!

My name is Garima, and together with my beautiful family, I invite you into our little world—a peaceful organic farm tucked away in the heart of Nepal, where time slows down, the air smells of earth and spices, and strangers become family.

Our home is not just a place to stay—it’s a feeling. A feeling of warmth, laughter, shared meals, muddy hands, and soul-deep conversations under starry skies.

We’re a close-knit family of dreamers and doers—my brother Gagan, our kind-hearted parents (both former English teachers with wisdom in their eyes), my lovely sister-in-law (a nurturing nurse), and the star of our home, my curious and joyful little nephew. Each of us brings something unique to the table, and together, we’ve created a home filled with love, learning, and purpose.

    🌿 About Our Farm:

Our farm is a small piece of heaven where we grow vegetables the way nature intended—without a drop of pesticide. Everything here breathes peace. A gentle stream hums nearby, birds sing you awake, and the sun smiles through every leaf. We dream of one day starting a chicken farm too—but for now, we pour our hearts into what we have: growing food, growing love, and growing friendships.

    🌼 What Makes Us Special:

Live the Real Nepal: Cook dal bhat, dance in local festivals, wear traditional nepali dress (if you want to), and share laughs in our language (don’t worry—we speak fluent English, and love learning yours too!).

Nature All Around: Our farm is surrounded by lush greenery, a stream you can bathe in, and hills that whisper ancient stories.

Campfire Nights: Mostly during cold nights or in winter nights, we light a small fire under the open sky, where stories and songs are shared like treasures.

    Sacred Spots Nearby:

Saraswoti Statue – A peaceful place for quiet reflection, just a short walk or ride away.

Shiva Temple – Reach it with a scenic hike or a quick tuk-tuk and feel like you’re touching the clouds.

Hidden Stream – Crystal-clear and calming—a perfect place to let your worries float away.

    💛 What We Offer:

A Cozy Stay: Simple, clean, and full of heart. After a day of work and wonder, rest in a space where you’re always cared for.

Fast Wi-Fi: 40 Mbps internet to keep you connected with loved ones or your remote projects.

Cultural Exchange: Learn to cook our food, try herbal teas from our garden, or teach us something from your world.

    👐 How You Can Help:

You don’t need to be an expert—just come with an open heart! We’re grateful for help with:

    Organic farming (planting, weeding, harvesting)

    Small building/repair projects

Sharing your skills—art, language, yoga, music, anything you love!

    🌸 Why Come Here?

Because this is not a hotel. This is not a job.
    This is home.
This is a place to breathe deeply, to feel connected, and to leave with stories etched into your heart. We don’t just host volunteers—we make lifelong friends. You’ll laugh with us, learn with us, grow with us. And when you leave, part of you will always stay here—just like you’ll take a part of us with you.

So come. Walk barefoot on our land. Hug our goats. Drink tea with us at sunrise. Watch your hands grow roots, and your heart grow wings.

We can’t wait to welcome you with open arms and a warm meal.

    With love,
    Garima and Family
    Nepal ❤️

If you’re a couple, you’ll have a private room, while solo travelers will share a room with someone of the same gender. Each room is equipped with a light bulb, dustbin, and cozy bedding, including a Nepali-style mattress, bedsheet, pillow, and blanket. Feel free to bring a mosquito net or sleeping bag if you prefer. Our farm is located in a peaceful, serene area, far from the noise of the city, ensuring you get a restful night’s sleep.

For bathroom facilities, we have shared toilets and a traditional Nepali-style bathroom for bathing, offering a unique cultural experience. If you’re looking for something even more refreshing, you can head to the nearby stream, where you can bathe surrounded by nature’s beauty.

When it comes to meals, we serve traditional Nepali dishes made with fresh, organic vegetables from our farm. You’ll enjoy daal (lentil soup), bhat (rice), tarkari (vegetable curry), aachar (pickle), and more. We serve two main meals a day—around 9 to 10 in the morning and 7 to 8 in the evening. In the morning, a cup of hot tea or coffee awaits you, and in the afternoon (around 2 to 3 PM), you can enjoy tea with local snacks when available. Occasionally, we also offer milk and curd if we have them on hand.

As we are not financially strong at the moment, we kindly ask volunteers to contribute $5 per day per person for food and accommodation. This small contribution helps us sustain our farm and continue offering this unique experience to travelers like you.

We’re committed to making your stay as enriching and comfortable as possible. Whether you’re here to work, explore, or simply unwind.
