Hello,

My name is Natalie Costa and you can call me as Naty, I am a Brazilian 35 years old and I am looking for new experiences, getting to know more about other culture and try to be a hand in any needed in a place that I can learning new things, to make new friends and find more evolution experience in my life so I got this time to spent with new people and learning new things, I used to live in Ireland for 5 years so I can speak English and I am very easy going to be insert in new cultures costumes.

So my friend and I just carry out our dream of backpacking through Africa and Asia for around 3 months and now I am available to work in a cause and do an exchange so I am more then ready to start a new adventure having new local experiences around here.

I spent a time in Italy in a volunteer exchange as a builder in a renovation house and also in Kenya in a children community playing, teaching some Portuguese and Spanish and giving them love and attention for few weeks.

I have degree in engineering that I had experience for many year and left that to go to a exchange experience in Dublin- Ireland, where I used to work as a costumer servicer, warehouse operator and cleaner in families house. I recently started a new business as travel agent by my own and I have many new projects to work it.

I love to cook and learn new recipes, I love children and be in contact of the nature, I love to do sports and I have Tenis and riding horse as a new Hobie and meditation as life style.

I am looking for a hostess who can provide me a complete experience of living directly with the native people, local food and housing. I am ready to face whatever it takes,I will love to help with whatever you need.

Vom Workawayer () für Host (Help us create a brighter ...)

My friend Milena and I've been in the Soweto community of almost 3 weeks and it was a Wonderfull and incredible experience, we had this dream in common and since the beginner of our planning we had the full support and clear information from our new very happy friend Bonface (one of the angel organiser of this project). Basically we worked for 5… read more hours daily with the adorable kids owners of the most beautiful smile in the world, they are very affectionate, communicative, speaks English very well, loves to teaching you Swahili (their language) and loves to learning new language as well, they are very very smarts by the way, to work there as a volunteer was a big party, all the time they are playing, dancing, laughing so definitely people from abroad have a lot to learn with them, they are very united, the oldest care a lot about the little ones, I'm writing this review goosebumps remembering how was this time in the Soweto community. I was very look for being there on the Christmas party, its a day dedicated to have fun in a big park with a lot of playing and good food and also was so beautiful to participate of the organisation one day before and also see the oldest ones working hard to make this day possible and so special.
In general you can teaching any language, matches, geography , painting, make any games and dancing or whatever you know to do they are always waiting for learning something.
The heads of this project are guys that already had on this place in the past and keep this Wonderfull project work and its incredible how they love them and are always very lovely, patient, grateful for all help and dedicated to give a better dignity to the kids.
We stayed in Bonface place, everyday Gracie his wife make us a very good African meal and we could have our own room, so its very comum there the toilets to be on the floor and the shower to be cold and by bucket, its can be a big challenge but its very good as well to have a new experience and get more value on what we have easily in our days, but please don't give up to go for this reason they do need and deserve your help an attention and also you can go to a airbnb if you could not manage it, but I think you will for sure.
Feel free to ext me for more information if it's the case and please go to the Soweto Community to feel very loved and a high energy, I still have some cute faces and smiling in my head frequently and my Spotify playlist never more was the same they have many really nice local music that you will get in love for sure. ASANTE SOWETO!!!!!
