Massimiliano, 27 years old, from Milano, Italy. When I am in my city, my job is to work in schools. I am teacher of Mathematics and Philosophy. But whenever I can, I try to explore the world. And forms of life.

I am very interested in practices and forms of living that are real alternatives to city/high-consumption/high-exploitation life-styles. Hence, along the years, I took the chance to live very beautiful and ground-breaking experience through Workaway, among others. Especially, in recent year I am more and more focused on country-side and ecological projects.

In one word, I am passionate about life. Finding expressions for one’s love for life, that can be my motto. Finding alternatives, and enjoying differences in harmony and in reciprocal enrichment. This is what I look for when I am travelling.

Practices of ethical development do shape the core of my interests as well. For instance I am Tai-Chi (Kung Fu) practicer since one year and half, and I would love to share my little experience on that. Breathing-techniques (Chi Qong), ways of exploring the possibilities of the body (Forms).

Languages as well passionate my mind since always. Any language is a world. Sharing and learning together seems to me the better way to acquaintance with a language by living it.

Philosophy, history, literature and sciences — together with popular cultures — are as well expressions that animate my research. Beautiful is to share experiences in these fields, with a cup of tea, enjoying where unexpected paths can lead us.

Photography is something I enjoy very much. It's a bit like stealing from Time. I have created a little photographical/image project, called Hermetyca, having to do with connecting the West and the East, through images, short movies, and writings.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I can handle almost everything having to do with animals, construction and helping in farm-like activities. I had been spending 15 years of summer in the farm my grandad had in Marocco, and all the way through I was working besides him in the fields, in the garage, in the officine.

In addition, I have living by myself since many years now, in which time I completely developed a cooking-skill, especially dealing with all kinds of pasta whatsoever.

I can take care of an house or a bedroom in terms of cleaning, etc..

I am beginner practicer of Tai Chi, but at a level where I can at least try to share something.

I speak Italian as a mother tongue, fluently English, fluently French, almost fluently Spanish ( my mum is from Uruguay), am intermediate level in German, and since one year am little by little learning and speaking Persian (Farsi).

I also got a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy, which lead me to some teaching experience in Italy.

Was noch ...

What else? Well, everything! I've forgot to say that I truly enjoy to cook and then to eat: somebody said that eating it ' la fête du Corps ' ( the celebration of the Body), and I truly believe so, hence my very active passion in cooking.
I am also very interested in any form of meditation, along with respiration techniques and the so. I love spending time with children.
