We enjoy meeting new people and have travelled quite a bit in Europe, Canada, and the Pacific. We are used to advising on good things to do and see around Wellington and can often show you around or point you in the right direction.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

We have a self-contained sleepout with its own entrance, double bedroom, kitchenette, toilet and shower. It's not brand new but it's quiet and pleasant and has on-demand high pressure hot water along with a new bathroom.

It has a queen size bed, and room for a child or two on camp beds if you don't mind being a bit squashed. We have had two adults and two small children successfully but more than that is a bit tight.

There is a guest wifi connected to a high speed internet connection. Guests can usually stream Netflix without any problems.

You are welcome to sort your own food (there is a supermarket straight across the road or plenty of local food options) or come and eat with us.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

In downtime, the south coast and its walks are very close, or the no 1 bus to the city leaves only a few metres away from the house.

You are welcome to hang out in the back yard (where the sleepout is) or come and go as you please. We are happy to have you hang out with us if it suits you.

We have two cats, just in case that matters for allergies.
