🌿 Join Us in Empowering Lives in the Heart of the Rwenzori Mountains! 🌿
Hello! My name is Kule, a 38-year-old adventurer, nature lover, and passionate community leader. I’m proud to lead a meaningful initiative based in the beautiful Ruboni community, nestled in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda.

I head a children and women’s empowerment project dedicated to transforming lives and preserving our cultural and natural heritage. Our mission is to bring hope and opportunity to orphans, children with disabilities, women, and families in need, while also protecting our environment and strengthening our community’s tourism potential.

    ✨ Our Core Activities Include:

Supporting education access and mobilization for children

    Running childcare and nutrition programs

Promoting hygiene and health awareness in local households

Hosting seminars and workshops on girls’ education and women’s rights

Leading community sensitization on soil and water conservation

Operating a vibrant tourism information center

Organizing sports, games, and youth engagement events

Showcasing local talent through a craft shop filled with handmade artifacts and traditional regalia

🌍 Whether you’re a traveler, volunteer, donor, or advocate for change, there’s a place for you in our journey. Together, we can nurture young minds, uplift women, and preserve the natural beauty and rich culture of Ruboni for generations to come.

🤝 We welcome partnerships, support, and new friends from around the world who believe in community-driven change.

Get involved today – your impact begins here.

Volunteers will learn about the traditional life of the Bakonzo people who are living at the foothils of the Rwenzori Mountains as well as the history of the Ugandan tribes. You will experience the reality of living in Uganda. Uganda is actually more a diamond in the rough, unpolished but potentially shining bright, but you will learn to discover and appreciate this hidden gem. There's a reason Uganda is nicknamed the "Pearl of Africa".

Life here is simple and peaceful. In contrast to the fast and industrialized Western world, you will be brought back to the essential of life: living it. Time does not always have to be filled here, living life in a rush is no priority. Where in the developed world time is very costly, here time is something that simply passes by while you're living your life. Food is produced locally and handcraft is still king. The people will teach you about their traditions, customs, and talk about their wishes and you will be surprised of the similarity between their wishes and yours.

When you get here you will see a different, simple way of life, and we are certain that your experience here will change the way you look at life, which will be of value for the rest of your time on this earth.
